This was a most excellent- weather weekend!!
Me, Pete and Greg camped at the race location.
The injury to my hand/arm is starting to mend-STARTING-!!
I use the term "starting" loosely.
I can hold on to the bike a little better.
This was my first Single Speed race ever.
So it was a whole new learning curve for me!!
I ended up 10th out of a large field of 42 riders, only 20 seconds out of 7th place.
Not too bad considering the field was loaded up with elite racers.

Pontiac Tme Trial
Sunday April 15th
I all most did not do the race, because of a injury to my hand.
I could hardly hang on to the bike.
Half way through the second lap, my hand and arm went completely numb!!
I was hurting and all over the trail, lost my chain on a uphill climb.
Struggled to put the chain back on with a dis functional left hand.
I just missed 4th place by 7 seconds, lost at least 30 seconds repairing the thrown chain.
Ended up in 5th, championship hopes still alive.
